Bad Daddy Fitness started in a garage. Not a trendy one with matching equipment and ring lights — the kind with a cracked concrete floor, a barbell that's seen better days, and a fan that barely works.

It started because the fitness industry forgot about us. Every brand out there was built for twenty-somethings with abs and sponsorships. Meanwhile, real dads were out here training at 5 AM before the kids woke up, squeezing in sets between soccer practice and bedtime, doing the work with zero recognition and even less sleep.

We built Bad Daddy for that guy. The one who doesn't look like a fitness model but can outlift most of them. The one who traded six-pack abs for six-pack responsibilities and never complained about it. The one who shows up every single day — to the gym, to the job, to the family — and never asks for credit.

This isn't aspirational fitness. This is real life fitness. Dad strength is its own category, and it's about time somebody made gear for it.
